RETURNS & EXCHANGES
rummos-shop will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 30 days from purchase.
  1. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and purchased on this website.

  2. Please email our customer services and be sure to provide your order details including order number,full name and items to be exchanged or returned. A rummos-shop customer care representative will then email you

  3. Goods must be returned unused,undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging,with the original receipt.

  4. At the moment we do not offer free returns, customers are responsible for any postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Please make sure to retain proof of postage,as this will be needed in the event of a return being lost. Rest of world returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed,but this can vary depending on the speed of service chosen by the customer when shipping.

  5. Exchanges will incur NO additional postage charge.

  6. On receipt of the parcel,we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return . This may take up to 3 working days after being received.The refund will be issued straight after the return has been accepted directly to the Credit/ Debit Card or Pay Pal account used to make the original purchase and in the same currency.

  7. To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper (not newspaper).
